had dinner with cousin over at the Makan Sutra open-air foodstall beside Esplanade. the food was terrific! i think the fried rice is the best i’ve ever tried outside. and the happy pot’s bak kut teh soup base is real rich, they serve their hotpot in claypot over charcoal stove. =P

the only pity was it was drizzling so we didn’t get to enjoy the nightview by the river, wanted to see Capital Tower actually.

can’t wait for the overseas trip with cousin next february! and graduation trip with budds! got to save up!

anyway, chatted with Kheng Loon awhile on msn last night, it was rather pleasant. felt happy for him when he told me he just passed his driving test, best wishes to him. :)

said hi to him on msn last night but he didn’t reply. his status was Busy, but i was still a little sad and disappointed.

that aside, it’s time for some photos! haven’t posted any for so long already!

foong’s birthday celebration (full house!) over at Suan Thai Killiney.

Took our class photo yesterday, can’t believe it’s the last time we are doing this. Almost everyone turned up, wonderful. I used to prefer year one’s class but now I like year two’s and three’s more except of course year one’s wei! =D anyway, Shi Xiong is a great class-rep, I hope we will still have class outing after graduation.

Ahh we are all going to be a working adults soon, need to get used to that. Working means less time for family and friends.

And office politics. eew.

Buds and I were talking about this that day, about people bootlicking bosses, colleagues backstabbing you for promotion, and always having to let others know when you do something for the company. That will turn us all into ugly creatures. Puke.

Anyway, lessons are fine so far except for ITFD, mind block. A handful of deadlines are drawing near; BSG test next Monday and FP, BD and MFB projects.
Heave-ho-heave-ho!

Mum bought tau sau piah again, wheehoo =P

Wish grandpa good health.

MSTs are finally over!

the papers were alright except for some careless mistakes in Treasury and Math.. but it’s over so will just be more careful in the final exams! =P

now mei and me are left with our BD Phase 3 report which is due on Monday.. it’s far from completion though but we will just to do whatever we can over the weekend and we will get to see our saviour Mr. Foo on Monday! =D

oh ya, im ok already =)

have recovered after i posted the previous entry but didnt blog during the MST week.. so paisey about the post, haha, so drama.. have gotten my screw fixed already =P

realised that everyone has his/her problems and mine seems so trivial as compared to theirs.. no matter what happens in future, let’s make the best out of it!

thank you cousin and dd :)
thanks to mei, foong and wei for their enouragement.. don’t know if i’ve been different in school recently, sorry about it buds :)
and thank mum too although she won’t be reading this..

went to Boon Lay market with grandma last Saturday, she wanted to go purchase some groceries after i accompanied her to the SingPost at JP.. too bad i don’t know which is the ‘black mole’ fishball noodle stall, i still remembered grandpa bringing me there for their meepok soup when i was a kid.. it tasted very good..

anyway, there is this stretch of pork stalls in the wet market where i saw a pig head.. i found it funny at first as it reminded me of Ah Long.. i was thinking wah they really sell pig head ah.. but i don't understand what it is cooked in..

while waiting for grandma to choose her pig trotters, i suddenly realised that every part of the pig is being sold, from head to the trotters and even the tail.. what a poor thing.. and then i heard the butcher chopped up grandma’s pig trotter, the ‘ka-cha-ka-cha’ sound of the bones being chopped was terrifying.. and round the corner there’s a stall selling frogs (田鸡).. twenty over of them locked up in a squeezy cage waiting to be killed.. although i don't eat pork and frog, i suddenly have the urge to turn vegetarian..

anyway, this year’s Star Awards seems rather interesting.. there are two sections: 戏剧情牵25 on 9 Dec and the usual Star Awards on 16 Dec.. they are getting Sharon Ou back from Japan to come host the program.. and they will be giving away awards for TV serials in the 80’s.. so nice.. there was this program on Channel 8 on Thursday which mentioned about the fatherly 白言叔, i still remembered he often acted as 土地公 in 古装片 in 1990s =)

have been looking for Chen Wei Lian's Life Story on Multiply, heard it on TV mobile, not bad i think.. but i still cant find it, only found his Another Day from iwebmusic.. not bad also..

going to eat lunch with grandpa later :) and get my untidy hair cut!

that's all!

happy weekend everyone!
