dad bought a baby bird home today =/

it was sleeping in an opened box in a NTUC bag.. i had no idea at all, opened the bag to see what he bought home and got a really bad shock to see a breathing body in there.. was trying to figure out what is the black and feathery thing inside until i saw the object moving slowly then i suddenly realised it's a living thing.. and eeks, it's a bird somemore.. i've always been scared of chickens and birds, especially their neck =/

dad said he saw the bird at his factory trying to fly but fell from the roof, i feel sorry for it.. well, i dont blame dad for bringing it home actually, but do let me know in advance =/

sending math past year papers to qian ling now, so i can blog a little as well =P

ITFD is over!! whoo~ don't have to look at it again anymore!
time was quite tight today but on the whole paper was ok, hope i didnt do too badly..
and something happened after the paper that made me really happy the entire day :))

tomorrow is math and banking law on friday! three more papers to go! and Credit Suisse interview next monday!

am eagerly looking forward to chinese new year!

and i hope cousin gets well soon!

got my blogskin changed, this is blogger’s template so hopefully foong, mei and dd wont see blank screen again the next time they drop by =)

had Financial Planning test today, it was alright on the whole.. and exam starts next week! my worst fear is ITFD! the good thing is it’s the first paper, i can’t wait for it to be over!

mei, foong, su and me went for the Credit Suisse aptitude test last Friday, so glad that all of us got shortlisted for the next round of interview! su, qian and michelle weren’t very keen on the idea of going back to Credit Suisse after they had their attachment there, it seems like working there is rather stressful.. nonetheless, i still hope we can all get through the panel of interviewers! it would be great to work together..

chinese new year is round the corner! and class chalet in mid-February! just the thought of these makes me so happy =P can’t wait to shop for new year goodies and decorations!

study hard buddies! 加油, 加油, 加油!

yesterday was the last day of school, last day of our three years at SP.. and im lucky enough to get to see him so many times the past two days =P

although we will still be going back for our final exam and the graduation ceremony in May, it’s the very last time we will be having classes there.. am really sad because i actually feel quite attached to SP, especially to my class and most importantly my buddies..

i will definitely miss the freezing cold lecture halls, the crowded foodcourt 6, the classrooms, and our favourite corner in the business library.. and of course, the lecturers! especially John Foo, Patrick Phang, Anthony, Jacqueline, Janet Fok, Kenneth Tai, and Lu Sia who has already left the school.. and thanks to David Tan for the opportunity of an attachment in GIC..

last but not least, all the projects stress we went through together, and all the fun we had, the gossips and the silly jokes :)

two weeks of term break have ended; we have just eight more days of school before exams and then the end of year three!

the post-christmas-cum-new-year class gathering last night was exhausting and yet enjoyable! gift exchange was fun! the fun continued with many rounds of basketball game we had in the arcade after dinner.. mei and me got each other as partner throughout the games, we were thrilled we won the first few rounds, then shi xiong joined in and he was second to none, he’s really good at it!

some updates..
MONDAY:
sis brought dylan home, and surprisingly he and dad had loads to talk about! he also treated us and grandma to dinner, grandma even asked him to drop by her place for dinner one day :)

WEDNESDAY:
went Cityhall with mei to get our blazer, mei spotted one for me in the first shop we went into, a blazer at $36 from Dorothy Perkins is real good bargain! so not used to see ourselves in that, we look too serious =P

FRIDAY:
did my first facial with dd, thanks to the free vouchers her mum got.. it was overall a nice experience, the session ended with a simple head, neck and back massage.. despite leaving the place with some red spots on my face, the whole session made me feel quite pampered.. and it was beneficial as well to find out more about my skin condition..

it’s less than three hours to 2008! may my family and friends be healthy and happy, and to budds, may next year be a fulfilling learning journey for us =)

got my ears pierced finally! dd accompanied me to Causeway Point to get it done last Wednesday =)

tomorrow is Christmas!

and mum really got me a present! whoohoo. i wonder what is it, we agreed on getting something useable and within a budget of three dollars.. i got her a sieve and dad a sleeping mask =P

the cold weather these two days seem a reminder that Christmas is round the corner! =))

lots of Christmas decors have already been put up in shopping malls and Christmas songs can be heard almost everywhere you go.. Christmas is such a magical festival!

im thinking of putting up a sock on Christmas eve.. i've told mum to put at least a sweet or something inside already.. haha.. i think the surprise is the fun.. really hope she does! she left it empty the last time i hung one up when i was in primary school..
