so happy to see the 04 folks again
so proud to see each one of us walked across that stage :)

as the guests and lecturers left the hall first after the ceremony ended, some of the maritime people were cheering on their lecturers.. i was craning my neck trying to look out for our lecturers and finally saw wong mei shan and lulu! was overwhelmed with emotions suddenly and felt the urge to cheer for them too.. "whoooooooooo!!!"

took lots of pictures out in the grounds even though we were all drenched in sweat, the best part was with our class, have never felt this united before!

went IMM with mum just now, everywhere is SALE, SALE and more SALE!!
saw the pair of marie claire pumps from Bata that i've been eyeing longgggg ago, it's $30 now! used to be $79.95! really amazed by the BIG discount.. didnt buy it in the end cause i couldnt decide and i didnt want to spend hastily but im regretting now ahhhh..
hmm if i never get any shoes from vivo tomorrow, maybe i would head down to IMM on my way back heehee, hopefully they have my size..

anyway, dentist told me my wisdom tooth is halfway out already, got to get it extracted soon :X

dad took leave today for follow-up checkup at NUH, everything is alright! :)
二婶婶 called me in the morning to ask if i would like to work temp at her office till school starts, finally, after all the waiting!
will be working as a sales support assistant at AIA (just opposite Queensway) from next monday till 15aug.. hope i wont make any mistake, kinda stress working for a relative..
for lunch, went Tai Thong Cres with dad and mum to try their bak kut prawn mee which was advertised on the newspaper last week.. took a picture of it, doesnt look nice on the camera but the soup tasted good! other than the usual chilli padi, they have chilli powder for the soup too :p
















we went to Queensway after that and i saw an interestingly HUGE crocs! hahas..

really upset to hear about the disasters in China and Myanmar, so many so many lives were lost, and we are talking about ten over twenty over thousands of people here.. felt terrible looking at the pictures in the papers, the number of bodies lying around the quake-stricken towns, the man who died with his eyes wide opened, and a student who died with a pen in his hand.. rescue teams are trying so hard to save as many as possible while the Myanmar government is still keeping help outside its doors.. so unbelievably stubborn, more people are going to die like that..

please help if you can, simpler ways are the Red Cross donation tins in UOB banks and donation through DBS/POSB ATM machines.. any amount will do :)

tried the new McGriddles with cousin, i like! i think the sweetness from the lightly-flavoured (with maple syrup) pancakes goes well with the saltiness from the sausage :p
and there's the new FISH zinger at kfc too! yum!
and it's the rambutan season again! yum yum yum!

dont mean anything actually, just all along i dont like to go think or talk about it, then that day suddenly like 想开 already so those are just some reflections, not sad haha, but thanks for asking too! :)

no reply as usual from uni, so now still looking for temp jobs, just realised i've sent out 18 resumes already! but still havent receive any call yet..

cooked sweet and sour fish last week, my first attempt :p
not as red as it should have been but taste was not bad i find, except mum said next time i should cut the fish even smaller..
















want to learn to make Ma Po Tofu soon.. still remember during our china trip we had it almost every meal, super yummy when eaten with rice :p
thinking about poly days and our china trip, suddenly realised mei has grown up alot, from the jocelyn who used to buy kaya bun and seaweed chicken to the jocelyn who has so many reports to rush now.. all the things she goes through at work, she must have become a stronger person now, really happy for her :)
ahh i miss poly days..

was watching the tv just now when chU advertised some programmes for 8 May; a sudden thought flashed through my mind that if we were still together, it would be our fifth year.

didnt want to go think about it since it ended, but whenever someone asked me why again, i dont know what to say..
i went through the reasons today, and i found myself thinking if i had spent more time with him, if i had accompanied him to do the things he loves to do, if i had been less independent, if i had shared more with him..
if.. we might still have been together.. we could have worked these out if i wanted to..
he declined to meet up two days after it, he thought i wanted to return him the shoes.. i didnt tell him i wanted to talk to him actually, i wanted to try again.. but now im glad we didnt meet up..

no, im not regretting.. just want to thank him for all that he had done for me and say sorry for the things i didnt do enough..
